Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide Project based Landscape Restoration Services on an ‘as and when’ requested basis, as further detailed in Section 5.0 Scope of Work and Specifications.
This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade agreement (Chapter 19).

It is the sole responsibility of Proponents to ensure they monitor the City of Nanaimo bids&tenders website for any questions and answers and addendum to this RFP Document issued up to and including the Closing Date and Time.
