Notice is hereby given that the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Emergency Management BC, is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Legacy Pacific Contracting Ltd.
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below:
The term of the contract is expected to be from June 6, 2022 to July 15, 2022, and may be extended for an additional six (6) weeks at the sole discretion of the Province.
The aggregate value of the contract is expected not to exceed, exclusive of applicable taxes, $45,000.
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below:
- Inspection and testing of tiger dam bladders, gabion baskets, and ancillary items such as pins, anchors, pumps, augers and strapping to ensure they are in proper working order ready for the next deployment;
- Engagement of appropriate manufacturer, repair facility or tradesperson to repair damaged assets;
- Shipping of damaged items to the respective manufacturer, repair facility or tradesperson for repair; and,
- Receive and prepare all undamaged and repaired items following the Supplier’s warehouse specifications.
The term of the contract is expected to be from June 6, 2022 to July 15, 2022, and may be extended for an additional six (6) weeks at the sole discretion of the Province.
The aggregate value of the contract is expected not to exceed, exclusive of applicable taxes, $45,000.
