Description
The City of Nanaimo seeking Proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a strategy for Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction at Mobile Home Park(s).

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
