Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to secure Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Services for Propane Heating Equipment.
This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.

Pre-Proposal Non-Mandatory Meeting
A non-mandatory pre-proposal site meeting is scheduled as follows:
Meeting Place: 2020 Labieux Rd, Purchasing office.
Meeting Date: August 29, 2024
Meeting Start Time: 10:30am sharp to approximately 11:30AM - please arrive on time
Note that it is the responsibility of Bidders to ensure they monitor the City of Nanaimo bids&tenders website for any addendum to this RFP document issued up to and including the Closing Date and Time.
