Notice is hereby given, the City of Nanaimo (the City) is a member of Sourcewell and is eligible to procure through the cooperative contracts administered by Sourcewell. The City of Nanaimo is utilizing the Sourcewell Contract for the recommended award as noted below:
This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
