Description
The City of Nanaimo is seeking to enter into a contract for the supply of Animal Control Services including Animal Control Bylaw enforcement, management and maintenance of pound facility, routine patrols, emergency services, statutory animal control officer duties and other related duties as specified and further described in Section 5.0 – Scope of Services and Requirements.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
