Notice is hereby given, Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd. on behalf of the Village of Cumberland (the Village) is intending to direct award a Contract to Muchalat Projects Ltd. for the following proposed work:
To fabricate and install two Prefabricated Operations and Workshop Buildings.
- Operations building is 14ftx44ft long wood framed with metal siding and roof
- Workshop building is a 30ftx40ftx12ft high complete with a 12ftx30ft covered area
- Price includes excavation, form and place, and backfill foundation as well as building mechanical and electrical work for both buildings.
Total purchase price $401,870.00 CAD exclusive of GST.
