Lonsdale Energy Corp. (LEC) is requesting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the evaluation and pre-qualification of civil contractors performing as General Contractors who have experience, expertise and capacity in providing civil works construction services relating to trenched pipe installation, district energy piping in particular, and overall municipal roadworks; and who can demonstrate such successful experience on past and current projects.
