Description
The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide flagging and traffic control services on an if-and-when-requested basis. Additionally, Contractors may be requested to perform door-to-door delivery of printed materials as required. This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
