Description
This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for replacement of Millstone Trunk Sanitary Sewer between East Wellington Road and Westwood Road. The construction scope includes 980 m of larger 900 mm diameter pipe and manhole installations in accordance with stringent agricultural and environmental standards.The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into negotiations and should negotiations prove successful, enter into a City of Nanaimo MOESS Contract.This Negotiated Request for Proposal is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter 5 and the New West Partnership Trade Agreement.
