Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract to:

Contract Value
The Contract Value will be an estimated $195,000 for initial term of one (1) year.
 
Contract Term
The term of the contract will be one (1) year with an option to extend, at the City’s sole discretion, for an additional four (4) one (1) year terms.
 
This Request for Bid is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
