Description
The scope of the services provided will include all aspects of transportation engineer Work on an ‘as and when ‘needed basis. Assignments will be of a smaller scale in nature and engineering services for larger projects will be retained on a project-by-project basis. For more detailed information regarding the project scope, refer to Section 5.0 - Terms of Reference of the RFSOQ Document.
If awarded, the initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years, with two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions.

This Request for Statement of Qualifications is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
