Description
The District of North Vancouver (“the District”; “DNV”) invites Qualification Submissions (“Submissions”) from Consultant teams (“Respondents”) interested in being prequalified to provide Consulting services for upgrades to the District’s municipal Operations Centre.  The District intends to create a short list of experienced qualified design teams (Consultants) with proven experience in coordinating logistics, designing and overseeing construction of Municipal Operations Centre, with a particular interest in Consultants having experience undertaking renovations and construction while maintaining operations. 
 The District, at its sole discretion, then intends to invite a short-list of prequalified Respondents to respond to a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) for the redevelopment of the District of North Vancouver’s Operation Centre.
