Notice is hereby given by the City of Nanaimo (City) of its intent to direct award a contract for the Harewood Centennial Mountain Bike Park Phase 2 to: Steve Smith Legacy Foundation
This Notice of Intent is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
