    Description
    The City of Nanaimo invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the Bastion Street Parkade Phase 5 Post-Tension Repairs. The work generally consists of post-tension strand replacement and associated repairs within the parkade structure, including the replacement of all twenty (20) post-tension strands in Beam one (1) and the replacement of one (1) tension-deficient post-tension slab strand identified as S40. Contractors shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and contract requirements outlined in this Request for Bid (RFB). This RFB is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (Chapter 5), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (Chapter 19).
