Description
The CSF is issuing this RFQ to qualify firms for a shortlist to provide prime consultant/architectural services on an if, as and when requested basis for a three (3) year period until August 1, 2025. The number of firms shortlisted for the List of Qualified Architects, including by region, is at the sole discretion of the CSF.
The prequalification process will enable the CSF to create a List of Qualified Architects who will be available for the design and construction administration of new school facilities, school additions and renovations. The primary purpose of the shortlist is for use on four (4) planned capital projects in Kamloops, Pemberton, Burnaby and Saanich/Victoria. Architectural services for each of these projects will be procured separately and individually.
The projects, which are all still in the feasibility stage, are:
Preference will be given to Respondents with experience in K-12 new school projects, starting at the feasibility stage, through to design, and project management during construction.
All Respondents are required to hold a Certificate of Practice with the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) and include proof with their Response
