Description
The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for services relating to 1) the ongoing delivery of CleanBC Energy Coach services for CleanBC residential and commercial programs, 2) the ongoing administration of the CleanBC Better Homes and Better Buildings websites, and 3) the ongoing administration of training and registry services for Program Qualified Energy Advisors (PQEAs).
The CleanBC Better Homes and Buildings program is an integrated offer of financial incentives, information and support to help households and businesses reduce energy use and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The CleanBC Better Homes and Better Buildings websites are the primary access points to incentives and information on the program.
The CleanBC Energy Coach service is designed to support individuals in navigating the complexities of the energy retrofit process and accessing incentives through the operation of phonelines, web contact form and email that connect individuals with trained coaches.
Some CleanBC and utility programs require the use of a PQEA. PQEAs require training and qualification to become program qualified. The Contractor is expected to manage the administration of required training, qualification verification and the maintenance of a registry of PQEAs.
Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RFP.
