PurposeThis Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project:
The residence in Mission (TRIM) at Mission Memorial Hospital suffered a flood through the 2 stories at the Deroche wing, resulting in an emergency demolition and abatement to both floors. Remediation and demolition of the damaged material is complete and a Hazardous materials report is available confirming the area is clear of all hazardous materials. This project is limited to reinstating the interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and fire protection services to its original form. Letter of intent is expected to be issued mid-September and construction should commence immediately with end date of March 2023.

| This site visit is mandatory. Attendance is required for key personnel from the Bidder (General Contractor), Mechanical Contractor, Electrical Contractor, Drywall Contractor and Fire Suppression Contractor so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. *FOLLOW HOSPITAL PROTOCOL Full PPE and face masks are mandatory with no exceptions. All site visitors must follow Fraser Health Covid requirements. All site visitors must sign in on sign in sheet and declare the discipline they are representing. All site visitors must follow FMO's visitors requirements. ***Due to COVID-19 and the physical distancing requirements, this site visit is limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee per firm. All site visitors must follow FMO's visitors’ requirements. Flash lights recommended as some areas are without power and lights. | |
