Vancouver Coastal Health (“VCH”) invites expressions of interest from persons interested in becoming pre-qualified to respond to a request for proposals for a space utilization audit of its key corporate leased sites along the Broadway Corridor in Vancouver, BC. (the “Project”).
We have an interest in optimizing the utilization of this space in order to increase efficiency, productivity, staff engagement, and facilitate continuous improvement, as well as contain the growth of our corporate leased space footprint and potentially reduce the amount of space we lease.
VCH is seeking Expressions of Interest from vendors who specialize in assessing workplace environments and building strategies to inform better workplace design. Specifically, we are interested in understanding the approaches and methodologies vendors would use to assess our space, with a view to using part, all, or a combination of various submissions as the basis for a Request for Proposal to conduct an audit of our corporate leased space.
Project Overview
VCH has five primary leased sites along the Broadway Corridor with a combined 207,482 square feet of space, most of which is used for corporate and administrative purposes. We have an interest in optimizing the utilization of this space in order to increase efficiency, productivity, staff engagement, and facilitate continuous improvement, as well as contain the growth of our corporate leased space footprint and potentially reduce the amount of space we lease.
