Purpose
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project:
Speech and audiology services are currently offered at a satellite office in New Westminster. The office lease has been renewed and extended until February 2023. The main driver for this project is the upcoming lease expiration, with the Landlord aiming to redevelop the site, which will require the relocation of the Speech & Audiology services by January 23rd, 2023.
As part of the Development of the Functional Program for Speech & Audiology services in New Westminster, the Fraser Health Clinical team has proposed the relocation to a space near an existing Public Health Unit rather than at a stand-alone office to address some safety issues. The project aims to renovate and improve the approx. 2,500 SF of a commercial space to meet FHA standards to accommodate the New Westminster Speech & Audiology Clinic. In addition, the site is privileged, located at Royal City Centre, and counts on existing Fraser Health Facilities across the hallway, facilitating IMIT services/connections.
Eligible BiddersOnly Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
