     Purpose
    This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for following project:

    The Child, Youth & Young Adult (CYYA – MHSU) currently has services in unit 602 in the subject building. The main driver for this project is the need to develop space to accommodate new positions and to create service efficiencies. The space will be renovated to house administrative and clinical support services as part of the service improvement.
    The project aims to renovate the 104.4 m2 (1,118 ft2) of commercial space located at 502 - 205 NEWPORT DRIVE, PORT MOODY, BC to meet FHA standards to accommodate the new CYYA-MHSU office. In addition, the site counts on existing Fraser Health Facilities throughout the building, facilitating IMIT services for Wi-Fi services extension and Security System connections between the 5th and 6th floors.  Construction Completion: 10 weeks. November 25, 2023.

    Eligible BiddersOnly Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
    Discipline:General Contractor (Prime Contractor/Bidder)
    Qualification Range:Non-acute Care Projects, greater than $150,000
    Discipline:Mechanical Contractor
    Qualification Range:Non-acute Care Projects, any dollar thresholds may bid. Mechanical Contractor bids to General Contractor.
    Discipline:Electrical Contractor
    Qualification Range:Non-acute Care Projects, any dollar thresholds may bid. Electrical Contractor bids to General Contractor.

    This site visit is mandatory.  Attendance is required for key personnel from each Bidder (GC) so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed.
    (Note: All Proponents must follow COVID-19 safety protocol including maintaining proper physical distancing, and must wear medical masks when entering the building and during the walk thru.) 
    ***Due to COVID-19 and the physical distancing requirements, this site visit is limited to one (1) attendee per firm.
    Follow provincial health orders.
