Description
The City of Vancouver has recently implemented a web-based electronic Supplier Portal to facilitate public posting of procurement opportunities as well as to enable online submission of tenders, proposals, bids, and responses from suppliers and service providers.
What is changing?
· All procurement opportunities will be posted on the Business Opportunities page of the new portal.
· All suppliers (including current and potential) wishing to compete on City procurement opportunities are required to set up a business profile on the Supplier Login page of the portal.
· All responses to procurement opportunities must be submitted through the portal. Submissions by email, fax, courier, mail, or walk-in will no longer be accepted or considered.
PLEASE NOTE: Procurement opportunities posted on the City's Open Bid page prior to May 16, 2022, may continue to be responded to using the method specified in the procurement document.
