Description
he City of West Kelowna invites tenders for the required construction of; sanitary sewer lift station and backup generator, electrical, instrumentation and controls, sanitary sewer utilities, parking pad and sidewalk reconstruction, and restoration landscaping work with approximate quantities as follows:
- 2400dia FRP Wetwell and Heated Valve Chamber
- Complete sanitary lift station including, two 70Hp submersible pumps
- Process Piping, valves, fittings
- 150 KW Diesel Generator and Fuel Tank
- Electrical supply and wiring
- Lift Station control panel, VFDs, and instrumentation
- 150 m2 of asphalt road structure
- 35 lm Sidewalk removal and replacement
- Chainlink Fencing
- 225m3 imported fill
- Restoration topsoil and seeding

Tenderers are invited to a non-mandatory tenderer’s briefing scheduled on Thursday August 25th, 2022 at 10:00 am onsite. Please meet at the Stevens Lift Station at 1040 Stevens Road, West Kelowna, south of the Marina Building.
