Project Description:
This project entails replacing the two existing main boilers with condensing boilers as well as the installation of gas absorption heat pump(s) (GAHP) and the associated piping and controls to make them work together. The main site will be interconnected to the adjacent long-term care facility and making upgrades to the hydronic system to improve reliability and efficiency.
