    Description

    Project Description:The  elevator requires an upgrade and is at risk of failure.  Modernization of this elevator will bring it up to code and increase reliability and safety clients, visitors, and staff.1. SCOPE OF WORK;
    Modernization of the one (1) passenger elevators at the TLM (Three Links Manor). Included but not limited to are code requirement upgrades, modifications to elevator machine room and provision of equipment transportation to machine room, electrical upgrades, and other code related requirements as outlined in the tender documents. The facility will remain operational during the construction. Coordination with site will be required to maintain operations. 
    Perform and coordinate the trade work related to the work description in Section 3 as per the specifications and drawings included with this Invitation to Bid as prepared by the Consultant
