Description
The Municipality intends to enter a 3-year contract with a private snow removal service provider for its roadway maintenance requirements on an hourly call out basis. The Municipality is guaranteeing an annual minimum number of hours of work (350 hours) to ensure that the Municipality has priority access to the maintenance services at the time of call out. At the end of the 3-year contract term the Municipality, at its sole discretion, may extend the contract to a maximum of 2 years beyond the original 3-year term.
