Description
ICBC intends to award contracts directly to Oracle Canada ULC for the licensing, leasing, and professional services required to support Oracle X11 Exadata appliances and database migration, in accordance with existing agreements. Oracle is the only vendor capable of delivering these services due to its proprietary technology and deep integration within ICBC’s infrastructure, making alternatives incompatible and potentially disruptive. Please review the details of this Notice of Intent (NOI) in the attached document, and if you wish to object to this decision, submit your objection via email to Sourcing@ICBC.com by September 22, 2025 at 12:00 noon PT, citing “NOI 6209 Oracle Licensing and Services” in the subject line and providing specific, substantiated reasons for your objection
