Description
The Ministry of Citizens' Services is responsible for managing multiple telecom services contracts from multiple vendors on behalf of the Buyers Group. The Buyers Group, which is currently comprised of core government, health authorities, and multiple Crown corporations, procures over $115M per year of telecom services. These telecom services are critical to government’s operation and provide the infrastructure upon which government’s digital services run. To effectively manage these services, the Buyers Group is considering a Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) solution, with options such as fully managed invoice presentation and reporting, cellular management, and wireline management.
The Buyers Group is seeking information about a TEM solution to meet each members’ unique needs.
