The intention of the NRFP is to find and negotiate a contract with one or possibly more qualified suppliers of playground equipment and furnishings as specified herein. The selected supplier or suppliers may but not necessarily will be asked to negotiate supply and installation of similar types of equipment and furnishings at other District locations within three years of the closing date of this request.
