Description
Noakes and Outpatient project will provide clinical space for two programs: Noakes Family Practice, which provides pregnancy and delivery care, and Outpatient Peadiatrics, which offers consultation and treatment to patients under 17years old. These two programs, which are now located at the Richmond Hospital, are being relocated to Gilbert Road. The 2,260 square feet area on the 6th floor includes examination rooms, specimen processing room, reception area and staff room etc.

Bidders Site Visit
A site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:

This site visit is not mandatory but attendance is highly recommended for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Bidders who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the site visit and to have received any and all of the oral and written information given at such visit.
