    The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is establishing Standing Offers of pre-qualified Suppliers specializing in agriculture and food business planning and management. The objective of the Service is to increase management capacity of BC agriculture and food processors and includes the following Programs:

    1. B.C. Agri-Business Planning Program- Business Plan Coaching
    2. B.C. Agri-Business Planning Program: Business Disaster Recovery Planning
    3. B.C. Agri-Business Planning Program: Specialized Business Planning.
    4. B.C. Indigenous Agriculture Development Program: Indigenous Governments, Communities and Organizations
    5. B.C. Indigenous Agriculture Development Program: Indigenous Entrepreneurs

    Only those Proponents having been pre-qualified will be invited to enter into a Standing Arrangement, previously called a Standing Offer.

    Proponents interested in being evaluated should review the RSO in the Supplier Attachments and the associated Supplier Attachments posted to BC Bid containing complete details of the programs for which Services will be offered, the pre-qualification mandatory requirements, and complete instructions for submission of a response to this RSO. Proponents are invited to obtain a Request for Standing Offer Information Package containing all of the Supplier Attachments posted to BC Bid via email by contacting ess@gov.bc.ca">AgriBusiness@gov.bc.ca.

    It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to check for amendments on the BC Bid website.

    Initial Intake Response Deadline: This RSO was previously posted and the initial response deadline was August 29, 2018, as issued on BC Bid, through RSOCAP-01. The second response deadline to the original posting was March 31, 2019.

    Through this updated posting, the Ministry intends to provide additional opportunities for new Responses to be considered for inclusion on the List of Qualified Suppliers. Please note, if you applied in 2018 or 2019 and are currently listed as a Qualified Business Consultant you do not need to reapply.

    Subsequent Request for Inclusion on the List: For subsequent inclusion on the List, the Ministry will evaluate responses at minimum on a bi-monthly basis commencing May 31, 2020. Responses can be submitted at any time up until March 31, 2023. The Province in its sole discretion may also elect to assess responses on an as needed basis. All Responses will be subject to the same evaluation criteria used during the initial intake process. This RSO will remain open for response until March 31, 2023. Submissions must be in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the information package (Supplier Attachments). No further advertising will take place.
