Description
The Province seeks to engage a professional consulting team comprised of Prime Consultant - architect, mechanical, electrical, structural engineers, along with energy, security and code consultants for the tenant improvements. This work will include, but not limited to option analysis, design (schematic design and design development), construction documentation, and construction administration required for the building rehabilitation work of the building located at 1201, 103 Avenue, Dawson Creek BC.
The Prime Consultant will lead the design team and will be required to provide the design capabilities listed in Section 5 - Services.
The team will work under the direction of a Development Manager assigned by the Province, as represented by the Ministry of Citizens’ Services.
