Description
Northern Lights College (“the College”) is required to have its annual financial statements audited by a qualified Auditor. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite qualified Auditors to submit a proposal for the annual audit of the College’s financial statements. The selected Auditor will be appointed for a period of three years, commencing with the 2022-23 fiscal year, renewable annually at the discretion of the College for an additional two years. The renewal is subject to the agreement of both parties. The College intends to reissue this Request for Proposal after five years, but may do so earlier or later if circumstances warrant. The fiscal year of the College is April 1 to March 31.
