Venture Kamloops RFP R22-001 Agency of Record Marketing

Venture Kamloops is seeking proposals from firms to work with Venture Kamloops in the development and execution of marketing campaigns locally, nationally and internationally in support of the organizations’ programs for business start ups, business retention & expansion (BR&E) and the attraction of potential investors or new businesses to Kamloops. The successful Proponent is expected to work in close co-operation with the service providers that Venture Kamloops has relationships with. The successful Proponent will also be expected to provide full creative services for all marketing and the development of marketing campaigns with participating partners of Venture Kamloops. The successful Proponent must perform all creative, copy writing, media placement, internet marketing, website development and maintenance, co-ordination with mail house and consultant services described in this RFP. The successful Proponent will arrange and contract for photography, film and television/video production, printing, display construction and other outside services, when required, with the approval of Venture Kamloops.

The Contract for the work is scheduled to be awarded to the successful Proponent by November 1, 2022. The term of the contract is two (2) years, with a mutual option to renew for an additional two (2) years

The following outlines the anticipated schedule for the Request for Proposal and Contract process. The timing and sequence of events resulting from this Request for Proposal may vary and shall ultimately be determined by Venture Kamloops.

Enquiries and responses will be recorded and may be distributed through an addendum at Venture Kamloops option. Any questions regarding this RFP must be submitted at least five (5) working days prior to the closing date. Any questions submitted after this date may not be answered.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to jim@venturekamloops.com in pdf format by 4:30pm PDT on Friday, October 7, 2022. Proposals should be clearly marked with the name and address of the Proponent and the project or program title.

Late Proposals will not be accepted and will be returned to the Proponent.
