ICBC is seeking a supplier to help design and operationalize various Customer Experience (CX) strategies. The firm is to bring forward subject matter expertise, advice, planning, and program management within the scope of CX. ICBC has created seven modules that make up the scope of the entire program.
Interested parties can access the documents for this opportunity through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
