Description
Langara College, through this Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP), is seeking to identify and select a vendor to supply software and services to provide, configure, implement, and potentially operate a Cashiering & Payment System for all types of payment processing at Langara College as software-as-a-service solution. The selected Cashiering & Payment Solution provider, as sole source or in the capacity of prime contractor, will be responsible for delivering the Cashiering system and associated implementation services. The Vendor will provide services to plan, manage, configure, and make the Cashiering & Payment System ready for use by the College, including migrating data from legacy systems. To facilitate ease of implementation and sustainment, the preferred solution will provide most, or all required functionality “out of the box” or through configuration. The decision on which Proposal best suits the needs of the College will be based on the College’s Mandatory Requirements, Evaluated Requirements and Financial Proposal submission, Demonstrations and References. The award of this NRFP will be to a single Proponent for a period of five (5) years in addition to one (1) - five (5) year renewal option to further extend the contract for a maximum duration of ten (10) years.
