- Specifications and all other documents stated herein, for inclusion with the tender documents, must be attached and included with the Proponent’s tender. Tenders received that do not have the required Form of Tender, specifications and all other required documents included with the tender submission may be rejected.
- Proposals must be sealed in a package or envelope, supplied by the Proponent, and delivered prior to the closing date and time to the ‘Closing Place’ shown above.
- Tenders received later than the date and time stated above will not be accepted and returned to the Proponent unopened.
- Adherence: The Proponent is requested to adhere strictly to all requirements and complete all sections of this tender request including all appendices and addendums. Compliance with all specifications as stated herein is required. Any deviations in the stated specifications are to be clearly stated in the spaces provided on the attached Specifications pages. Failure to do so may be sufficient cause for rejection of the Proponent’s tender.
