Fraser Health Authority (FHA) intends to extend the contract with BTY Consultancy Group Inc. for continued Project Management Services to the E284-00, Built-Environment for Virtual Hospital (Project). BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has provided project management services to date and the project is nearing substantial completion in March of 2023. The extension of Project Management Services is required due to increases and changes in project scope.
The maximum value of this contract award will be in the range $95,000.00 - plus tax. FHA FM and FHA have chosen not to complete an additional competitive process and extend the current contract with BTY Consultancy Group Inc for the following reasons:
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has already completed the role of Project Management Services up to and including nearing substantial completion in March of 2023.
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has extensive experience in providing Project Management Services for built-environments for virtual hospitals.
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has immediate availability of resources to continue the scope of work for completion of the project management services without interruption and with no impact to tight Project schedule.
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has extensive and detailed knowledge of the site and Project, existing systems, policies and practices.
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. has established close working relationships with the Project stakeholders.
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. carry Commercial General Liability insurance.
- BTY Consultancy Group Inc. are in good standing with Worksafe BC.
