Description
CBRE is seeking a qualified service provider(s) to perform the scheduled and unscheduled (as and when required) HVAC maintenance services as described in the Scope of Work/Requirements found in the Buyer’s Attachment section.
The initial term of the Contract will be up to 5-year period, with an option for up to 2 one-year extensions, if it is in the best interest of CBRE.
