The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to acquire an Information Technology Service Management (“ITSM”) suite that meets the requirements as detailed in this RFP to transform end-to-end technology services and provisioning using best practice frameworks for IT service delivery and support (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
