The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking to engage a qualified Information Technology (“IT”) managed security services provider with relevant industry experience, security proficiency, advanced cybersecurity tools\procedures and qualified personnel to augment the City’s security operations monitoring and cyberincident response capability (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Document.
