The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage the services of a qualified and experienced consultant team to conduct a comprehensive gap analysis and feasibility study to better understand the needs of Richmond’s food sector and identify how a commercially-focused food hub could respond to gaps and benefit the local economy (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.
