Description
Subject to the receipt of an acceptable proposal, the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary may purchase one (1) used 4wd Agricultural Tractor (Tractor) for use at the Grand Forks Regional Landfill Composting Facility.
The tractor is required to perform the following functions:
• Power a PTO driven Supreme 600T compost mixer;
• Tow a Supreme 600T compost mixer to all areas of the site;
• Supply 2 sets rear auxiliary hydraulics to said mixer;
• PTO HP (150) output remain constant while rear hydraulics are in use;
• Front loader attachment for piling compost material;
• Operate in temperature ranges of -25oC in winter and +40oC in summer;
• Three point hitch for attachments;
• Operate on asphalt as well as soil;
• Heated and cooled pressurized cab;
• Roading lighting package.
