The value of this contract is approximately CAD $169,000 excluding applicable taxes.
ICBC intends to engage Long View to provide professional services for a Solutions Architect in support of its business and technology initiatives.
This engagement is required to provide specialized Genesys architecture expertise in support of ongoing business and technology priorities. Continuity of service is important to maintain progress on current initiatives, support solution alignment with ICBC standards, and reduce delivery risk during the engagement period.
Vendors wishing to object to this decision should send an email to sourcing@icbc.com by June 1, 2026, 12:00 pm PST with specific reasons for their objection and citing “NOI Genesys Solutions Architect Extension” in the email message subject line. Vendor solution qualifications, compliance with B.C. laws and the ability to provide the same level of features at a lower cost will be the key criteria with respect to the consideration of vendor’s objections.
