Description
ICBC’s Corporate Law team currently relies on Microsoft Outlook and shared Windows folders as the primary process for storing and managing emails and related documentation. This workflow relies heavily on individual user practices which limit consistency and organization. To address these challenges, ICBC is seeking to source a legal email management system to streamline how the Corporate Law team manages email and related documents. The proposed solution is intended to enhance functional capabilities and improve the efficiency of the team.
