Fraser Health (FH) intends to engage EllisDon Facilities Services Inc. for Asset Management / Facilities services for the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Project (RCHRP). The specific phase is Phase 2.
The maximum value of this contract will be $285,000.00 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
- EllisDon Facilities Services has been providing Facilities Maintenance Advisory services to the RCHRP as a part of Design Build Team since 2020.
- EllisDon Facilities Services has established working relationships with the RCHRP team, FH Asset Risk and Quality; Technical Services, FH FMO, and broad stakeholders.
- EllisDon Facilities Services has knowledge of RCHRP Phase 2 design and construction.
- EllisDon Facilities Services has already providing preliminary asset management / facilities services with significant relevance to ongoing asset management activities.
- EllisDon Facilities Services maintains a seniority level: Expert, as required by the project.
- EllisDon Facilities Services resources include qualified asset management / facilities management professionals.
Provide proof showing your experience related to the requirements defined in this Notice of Intent. Only challenges from qualified Consulting firms will be reviewed.
