Recreation Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC) would like to hire a contractor to review existing engineering assessment information, and available spatial data to complete the following:
- to summarize, and forecast anticipated costs of maintenance and capital replacement, under a variety of management regimes
- Provide a narrative on the hazard associated with engineered infrastructure along sections of the kettle valley rail trail. This will consider downstream risks associated with environmental and public safety.
