Description
The Town of Golden (the Owner) requests the submission of a Negotiated Request for Proposal from general contractors (the Proponent) interested in providing services for the 2023 Capital Works project. The general works include, but not limited to:
 
  • Replacement and Upgrading Existing Gravity Sanitary main with 250mm sanitary sewer main
  • Installation of 200mm dia. Watermain
  • Roadworks construction including drainage improvements
  • Streetlights installation
  • Boulevard Landscaping
