1,2 Form of Contract
The Owner intends that the contract between the successful Proponent and the Owner will be based on the CCDC 5B 2010 Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction, amended by the supplementary conditions as included in Appendix F of this RFP and the Terms and Conditions of this RFP.
The Owner may wish to convert the CCDC 5B into a Stipulated Price contract if conditions allow.
