Description
As described in section 8, on a non-exclusive “as, if and when requested” basis, Qualified Suppliers may be sent Competition Notices providing the opportunity to compete to provide Goods and Associated Services to the Ministry.
Only Qualified Suppliers will be sent and may respond to Competition Notices that may issue from this MULRFQ. No Competition Notices will be issued before the Initial Intake. The Goods and Associated Services that may be purchased through the issuance of Competition Notices include Camera Systems used on highways and in relation to construction activities throughout the Province of British Columbia.
The Camera Systems will be required to meet Ministry specifications, be assembled using Ministry supplied modems, be configured, be shipped to various locations throughout the Province of BC, and meet the Ministry’s warranty requirements.
The Goods & Associated Services are described in greater detail, in this MULRFQ, including in section 5 and the Appendices.
Interested Suppliers should familiarize themselves with the entirety of this MULRFQ and how to submit a Response as described in section 7.
